Questions

Pool lessons FAQ

Book your free 30-minute session

Are online pool lessons as good as in-person lessons?

For most technique and practice problems, yes. A clear video from behind and from the side shows stance, alignment and delivery well, and you get a written plan you can re-read. Some things — like feel for a specific table — still need your own time at the table.

Do you offer pool lessons near me?

Our lessons are online, so they work wherever you have access to a pool table and a phone to film with. There is no travel and you can practise on your usual table.

How much do pool lessons cost?

The intro session is free. Prices for analysis lessons are confirmed by email once we have reviewed your enquiry. Members get special discounts on personal coaching.

I'm a complete beginner. Are lessons worth it?

Beginners often gain the most, because good habits are easier to build than bad ones are to fix. Start with the free session and the free skill test.

What do I need for a video lesson?

A phone, a pool table and decent light. We send recording guidelines: film down the line and from the side, with a few minutes of set shots.

Do you teach 8-ball, 9-ball and 10-ball?

Yes. Fundamentals are the same across American pool games; the plan then adds game-specific patterns, safeties and breaks.
