Training programmes

Find your training path.

Each programme targets one problem, runs on a fixed weekly structure, and includes checkpoints so you can measure progress against your own baseline.

The method

How every programme works.

  1. 01

    Measure a baseline

Every programme opens with a scored test so you know exactly where you start — not where you feel you are.

  2. 02

Train one problem at a time

Each session isolates a single skill with drills that have a clear setup, a target and a scoring rule.

  3. 03

    Checkpoint every stage

Short tests show whether the work is transferring. If a score stalls, the programme tells you what to repeat.

  4. 04

    Retest and choose what's next

The final session repeats the baseline test, so progress is measured against your own numbers.

What's included

Everything you need for each session.

  • A session-by-session plan with fixed duration
  • Drill diagrams with setup, execution and scoring
  • Baseline, checkpoint and final retest targets
  • Clear success criteria for moving to the next stage
  • Common mistakes to watch for in every drill
  • A recommended next programme when you finish

This is for you if…

  • You play regularly and want practise that actually changes match results
  • You can access a table 2–7 times per week
  • You're willing to record scores honestly and repeat work when needed

It's not for you if…

  • You're looking for trick shots or quick shortcuts
  • You want results without consistent table time
  • You need medical or physical-therapy guidance

Our commitments

No hype

We don't promise rankings, titles or guaranteed results. Programmes give structure; the improvement comes from your practice.

Transparent structure

Every programme page shows its full outline and the complete first session plan, so you can judge it before you join.

Questions before you start

Do I need my own pool table?

No. Any regulation-size table works — home, club or pool hall. Sessions are designed to fit a normal table booking.

Which programme should I start with?

Most players should follow the path: 7-Day Stroke Fundamentals → 30-Day Cue Ball Control → Position Play Foundations. If you're unsure, take the free skill assessment first.

How do I get the full programmes?

The first unit of each programme is free on this page. Academy Membership unlocks every session, checkpoint and retest.

What if I miss a session?

Continue from where you stopped. The checkpoints matter more than the calendar.

How is this different from free videos?

Videos show a shot. Programmes give an ordered plan, a measurable target for every drill and tests that show whether you improved.

Can I get personal feedback?

Yes — video analysis coaching gives an individual assessment and a practice plan built around your game, with a member rate for Academy Members.
